The rNuQ H3.3 Recombinant Mononucleosome (Biotinylated) is assembled in vitro using recombinant human core histones H3.3, H2A, H2B, and H4 together with a 147bp 601 positioning sequence DNA identified by Lowary and Widom. The DNA is biotinylated at the 5′ end of a single strand. Histones are produced using a combination of recombinant expression in E. coli and chemical synthesis, providing consistent and reliable material for in vitro applications under recommended storage and handling conditions.
