The rNuQ H3.1 Recombinant Mononucleosome is assembled in vitro using recombinant human core H3.1, H2A, H2B, and H4 together with a 147bp 601 positioning sequence DNA identified by Lowary and Widom. Histones are produced by recombinant expression in E. coli, providing consistent and reliable material for in vitro applications under recommended storage and handling conditions.
