The rNuQ H3K18Lactyl Recombinant Mononucleosome is assembled in vitro using recombinant human core histones H2A, H2B, H4 and H3.1 lactylated at lysine 18 (H3K18Lactyl), together with a 147bp 601 positioning sequence DNA identified by Lowary and Widom. Histones are produced using a combination of recombinant expression in E. coli and chemical synthesis, providing consistent and reliable material for in vitro applications under recommended storage and handling conditions.
