The rNuQ H3R8Cit Recombinant Mononucleosome is assembled in vitro using recombinant human core histones H2A, H2B, H4 and H3.1 citrullinated at arginine 8 (H3R8Cit), together with a 147bp 601 positioning sequence DNA identified by Lowary and Widom. Histones are produced using a combination of recombinant expression in E. coli and chemical synthesis, providing consistent and reliable material for in vitro applications under recommended storage and handling conditions.
